Policies

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Full payment for the studio hire is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
  • A £50 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of booking.

2. Damage Deposit

  • The £50 deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours after your booking, provided:
    • No damage has occurred to the studio, furniture, or equipment
    • The space is left clean and in its original condition
  • Any damages, breakages, or excessive mess may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Studio Use

  • The studio must be used respectfully at all times.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
  • Clients are responsible for their guests, models, and any third parties they bring into the studio.

5. Timekeeping

  • Your booking includes setup and pack-down time.
  • Please ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session.
  • Overtime may be charged if you exceed your booked slot.

6. Equipment & Props

  • All furniture, props, and equipment must be handled with care.
  • Items must be returned to their original position before leaving.
  • Any loss or damage must be reported immediately.

7. Cleanliness

  • The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
  • All rubbish must be disposed of appropriately.
  • Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.

8. Liability

  • The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your booking.
  • Clients use the space at their own risk.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if these terms are breached, without refund.
