Policies
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Full payment for the studio hire is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- A £50 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of booking.
2. Damage Deposit
- The £50 deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours after your booking, provided:
- No damage has occurred to the studio, furniture, or equipment
- The space is left clean and in its original condition
- Any damages, breakages, or excessive mess may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
4. Studio Use
- The studio must be used respectfully at all times.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
- Clients are responsible for their guests, models, and any third parties they bring into the studio.
5. Timekeeping
- Your booking includes setup and pack-down time.
- Please ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session.
- Overtime may be charged if you exceed your booked slot.
6. Equipment & Props
- All furniture, props, and equipment must be handled with care.
- Items must be returned to their original position before leaving.
- Any loss or damage must be reported immediately.
7. Cleanliness
- The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
- All rubbish must be disposed of appropriately.
- Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
8. Liability
- The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your booking.
- Clients use the space at their own risk.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if these terms are breached, without refund.
