Before you book
- Full payment plus a £50 refundable damage deposit are required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is permitted, with at least 48 hours' notice.
